It’s back by popular demand! Make your plans to attend the 4th annual ‘Down East’ Tennessee Lobster Bake on Friday, May 7, here on the ESK campus. Enjoy Maine Lobsters, shipped in live and prepared in traditional "Down East" fashion. Also on the menu are red potatoes, corn, blueberry pie, and ice cold beer or your choice of wines. Delicious grilled chicken available for those who prefer it. Jacque Clem and April Stouffer are organizers of this favorite, adults-only event. 

Tickets are $50 each, $25 each for faculty and staff up to two tickets. Please purchase tickets by Tuesday, May 4, as we order as many lobsters as reserved.
