Welcome to ESKAMP, the most exciting summer day camp experience in Knoxville! From sports and games to arts and crafts and technology, ESKAMP is the place to be for summer fun! Our camp offers nine weeks of themed programs for children in rising K-5 grades. We also have a leaders-in-training program for rising sixth through eighth graders.
Rising K-5
At ESKAMP, children can be themselves and participate in many different activities each day. Children in rising second through fifth grades choose at least one activity each week to specialize in. Our younger children follow a set schedule, staying with their same group during the day, but participate in many of the same activities the older children do. Each week offers a different theme which helps keep things fresh for campers returning for multiple weeks.
Some of our camp activities offered each week include archery, drama, hiking, climbing wall, leather work, slip-n-slide, fort-building, and much more! New for 2007 we also have special activities not offered each week, such as model rocketry, photography, and video-making.
A special program this summer is our camp podcast. Campers will have the opportunity to read the "camp news" and tell all about the camp experience each day.
The camp day runs from 9am-4pm and campers may sign up on a weekly basis. Our camp program is all-inclusive, meaning that there are no extra costs past camp tuition. A daily lunch and before and after care are included!

Rising 6-8
A new program this summer, youth entering the sixth through eighth grades have the opportunity to participate in our new Leaders-In-Training (L.I.T.) program. Our tri-fold program offers youth the chance to gain leadership experience while still having a fun summer at camp.
Under the direction of our LIT director, youth in this program will assist counselors in different activities, allowing them to gain leadership experience. LITs will also participate in two to three leadership workshops during the week focusing on a variety of topics. Finally, LITs will have the chance to participate in regular camp activities with their peers. This program is an introduction to leadership and is a valuable experience for any middle schooler who looks forward to being in a leadership capacity in school or further on.
