Extracurricular Opportunities

Sports at ESK It is important for students to interact with youth from other schools, on local, regional, national and international levels. This is a form of networking that allows students to see what their peers at other schools are doing, exchange ideas and develop respect for other people’s ideas. Besides that, interscholastic activities are fun.

Off Campus Trips

All 5th through 8th graders participate in overnight, off-campus outdoor education; these outdoor experiences include the Great Smoky Mountain Institute at Tremont, Camp Cheerio and Kanuga Outdoor programs in North Carolina, and Camp Chandler in Alabama. Students also have the opportunity to visit Nashville, Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama, and Williamsburg as part of their course of study.
