Welcome to The Episcopal School of Knoxville. In addition to high academic standards, we take great pride in a warm, supportive environment that encourages each child to reach his or her full potential as both a student and a person. At The Episcopal School of Knoxville we invite families to become an integral part of our school community.
After a most successful founding, we progress through our ninth year with a total enrollment of 250 students, 74 of whom are in Middle School. The faculty and staff have grown significantly as well. We have a faculty of 33, of whom four hold Ph.D. degrees and 23, master’s degrees.
The Admissions process is as follows:
- Return Application and Fees
- Schedule Assessment and In-Class Observations
- Request Teacher Recommendations and Academic Records
A student is considered for admission only after all of the above are completed. In addition, Middle School applicants must complete a separate Middle School application. Admissions decisions will be mailed on March 9, 2007 and enrollment contracts with deposits are due March 23, 2007.
Thank you for your interest in The Episcopal School of Knoxville. You are encouraged to call if I can assist you in any way.
Sincerely,
Peter M. Klekamp
Assistant Headmaster
Director of Admissions
