Welcome to The Episcopal School of Knoxville! We are happy for the chance to include you in the growth and excitement of this vibrant, independent K-8 school.
Now entering its ninth year, The Episcopal School of Knoxville offers both strength and vision. The small class size and excellent faculty provide a rigorous academic education that equips students to excel in advanced courses at any high school they choose after graduating eighth grade. Emblematic of a year’s energetic progress: the board’s decision to offer both French and Spanish on all grade levels; and our new full-size soccer field built with parent contributions and labor.
The Episcopal School also excels in its varied extracurricular activities and in its many areas of service. Children learn here that ministering to others is an important part of life, and they become servant leaders. You’ll find them preparing and serving meals for the homeless, collecting food for local food banks and toys for needy children, visiting residents of a nursing home, and working on behalf of disaster victims.
At the same time, we are enjoying the momentum of growth. Our middle school students are in new 10,000-square foot building with wireless computer environment, and plans are in the works for a full High School program.
Look us over and consider joining our family.

The first thing that comes to my mind is Jay's memory! He is amazing when it comes to remembering names. Not only can he recall every child by name but most parents, too!! It makes one feel special when you are called by your name.
